Arkon provides infrastructure for running autonomous AI agents. You're responsible for the agents you configure, the tools you connect, and the actions they take on your systems.
2. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to circumvent usage limits, no reselling of the service without written agreement. Fair-use limits apply to unlimited plans.
3. Billing & termination
Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime, effective at period end. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
4. Liability
The service is provided as-is. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Jurisdiction-specific clauses belong here.
