We were the team on call when the first generation of autonomous agents met real customers. We saw what breaks: silent failures, untraceable decisions, and costs that spike without warning.
So we built the layer we wished existed—observability, checkpoints, and guardrails as first-class primitives, not afterthoughts. Today Arkon runs millions of tasks for teams that can’t afford to guess.
